Using off the shelf computer software, ISAS has developed a database system for tracking and recording employee performance data and employee development plans. The system can be built to fit your company profile using employee ‘competencies’ identified by your own staff or in conjunction with ISAS professional consultants. Once developed the program is yours,
without locks or copyright, to upgrade or alter as you see fit. ISAS, of course
will be available to help you install the system and to train your managers and
supervisors how to use it. Educational Software English
language software designed and developed by a major American software specialist
can be purchased through ISAS. The software covers language development from
Zero level through to TOEFL 600 – general English and Business English. The
courses can be purchased by subscription and used through an Internet or
Intranet site or by disc either on a single user license or multiple user
license. MBA / Diploma in business management ISAS
has links with a United Kingdom company offering accredited MBAs and Diplomas in
business management through Leicester University. No campus time is required and
fees cover all course material and exams ISO 9001/2000 ImplementationFull ISO 9001/2000 implementation services are offered by ISAS. From the first steps through to Pre Assessment - ISAS will help you every step of the way. With our own 12 step approach to successful certification and a Quality Manual template we can show you the right way to get your certification.
