Four day course on "MANAGING CHANGE" TOO ISAS "International Standard Application Services" has developed a 'NEW' four day course on 'MANAGING CHANGE' - available in Russian, the course is designed to give Managers and Supervisors all the skills necessary to be effective 'Managers of Change' in their organizations. The course is 'interactive' with exercises throughout the four day period giving participants a 'real' look at the problems facing companies going through periods of change. This course is particularly relevant to Kazakhstan with Globalization of the market place infringing on a once domestic only scene. The course will be facilitated by an Expatriate
Manager with 28 years experience in the International Oil Industry, plus an
interpreter who has recently passed an Internationally recognized course on
leading quality audit teams for ISO 9001/2000. There will be an exam at the end
of the course and successful attendees will be awarded a certificate. Day one of the course is related to Meetings and tools that can be used during meetings, also setting up a vision for change and objectives etc. Kind of if you don't know where you're going - don't go there. Day two is decision making and Case Study 1 - Changing building location for a holding company Day three is job descriptions, Team work, Needs Analysis, Stress and Motivation all associated with the management of change Day four is appraisal systems, Time management and Case Study 2 - People related - redundancy issues with a business downturn. There is an exam at the end and of course a certificate for successful attendees. All parts of the course have team work exercises relating to all the different issues relating to change that can be faced by managers/supervisors/professionals on a day to day basis. The course can also include 'real' change problems that surface during the course from attendees. Or can be included at the start of the course if requested by the client. Perhaps the client is about to go through, or is going through a period of change and would like the course attendees to work on that scenario from the start. Please
