TOO ISAS "International Standard Application Services" has developed a 'NEW' four day course on 'MANAGING CHANGE' - available in Russian, the course is designed to give Managers and Supervisors all the skills necessary to be effective 'Managers of Change' in their organizations.

The course is 'interactive' with exercises throughout the four day period giving participants a 'real' look at the problems facing companies going through periods of change. This course is particularly relevant to Kazakhstan with Globalization of the market place infringing on a once domestic only scene.

The course will be facilitated by an Expatriate Manager with 28 years experience in the International Oil Industry, plus an interpreter who has recently passed an Internationally recognized course on leading quality audit teams for ISO 9001/2000. There will be an exam at the end of the course and successful attendees will be awarded a certificate.

In this module attendees will learn how to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in their organizations , how to maintain the QMS and how to monitor the QMS to ensure that it meets the requirement of the standard.

 Participation is the keynote to the success of any training module, all attendees should be prepared to debate issues relating to their own experiences and those of their colleagues.

All sections have group/team activities to generate information for the development of the Quality Manual(most sections and sub sections of the standard are covered with group exercises, where there are no exercises the standard sub section will be discussed in full)
